Working in violence and substance use prevention, substance use treatment, and criminal justice means facing pain and heartbreak every day. You carry the weight of others' suffering, often in silence, but you are not alone. At COMBAT, we see you, we understand, and we want to support you. That's why we're hosting a retreat specifically designed to address the unique challenges faced by professionals in our field. Join us in a comfortable and relaxing setting to explore secondary trauma, its effects, and practical strategies to manage and mitigate its impact.
